Fierce female abdominals are always going to be a divisive topic to debate. Some of us love them, others loathe them. Frankly I don't mind either way so long as the owner of those amazing abs can make a good sammich.

good tips but you can't do it right. on the second and frtouh ( I think) exercise you do, you should not use ur hands, because you get helped by them to get your legs? up so without holding from anywhere, your abs will take up your legs only. I'm not say
